And in my experience, cooking is nothing but tossing a few things together that you like and making sure none of it burns.
Cans of precooked things can be your friend. Just toss a few cans of your favorite veggies together with a can of precooked chicken, heat and eat.
Being over a pan isn't as intimidating as it seems.
