I love bookplates. It turns out Yale University has a collection of approximately 1 million (seriously!), and some are currently on display. One of the earliest plates dates from the fifteenth century. AWESOME ( Read more... )

I'm with you on Project Runway and Bones. Have been meaning to watch In Plain Sight....but I have no DVR and the attention span of a gnat on crack, so keep forgetting when it's on.

That's wonderful news about Maddy's new school. As for the crush, here's hoping your gaydar is functioning just fine. It's always nice to have someone lovely to dish about. :)

I couldn't have been smiling more as I read your post. Yay for Maddy and her school! Yay for crushes! Yay for bookplates! Yay for CI and IPS (I watch) and Fringe and poor blurry shimmery Peter (I'm about to go watch my DVR -- I didn't want to pause for ads.)

But now seriously -- you *must* tell me where to find the good G&E fic. Your interpretation of the sideways hug (which I LOVED) has me ready to read.
