YAY! I was just about to see if the phone number I have for you was still correct by calling to check on you. :-)

This makes me think of the summer in 2006 when I stopped by your place on my way here, and arrived one or two days after a big tornado. Enough already, right?

Thank you for checking in! I was really worried and was going to call and heckle you at work if we didn't hear from you today. So glad things are all okay and keeping my fingers crossed that this next round of apocalyptic weather by-passes you.

Thank goodness, I'm so so so glad you guys are doing okay. HUGS HUGS HUGS!

This month, we're going to take all the miracles we can get, certainly -- no serious injuries is amazing and wondrous (you're right, the footage from St. Louis is terrifying and I bet in person it's a 100x worse), and that limb landing just right is awfully nice too.

Let's hope this psycho pattern we seem to be stuck in breaks by the end of the week. And never ever returns!

In the meantime, I just ate my last Cadbury Egg of the season. Mmm.

Whew, so glad the tornado missed you, but that's a little too close for comfort! This is an utterly amazing run of weather we're having -- I think it's what...the fifth or sixth day of "severe weather alerts" for the region? Enough already!

I only had the baby Cadbury eggs for Easter because R. finds the big ones disgusting. Still. Mmmmm...
