All that talent and he can cook too!  I don't do the potato ones, but I love migas!  It's such a Northern Mexico thang.  He did a recipe for cochinito pibil on the Once Upon A Time In Mexico dvd that rocked, except in Mexico, we don't put it in the oven, we bury it in the yard with hot coals.

That looks good! The description of making the tortillas reminds me of learning to make pancakes from my dad. You throw in about this much of that stuff until it looks like this and pours like that.

hehe, that's how my grandma taught me to cook everything, I never know what to tell people when they ask me for recipes, especially for stuff like guacamole and salsla. Uhm, I put stuff in til it looks and tastes good.

Oh, wow. I'm feeling hungry! The potato ones look like heaven! Woman, come and cook for me because He damn well won't! (do you actually make your own tortillas too? mmmm!)

Oh yeah, especially for breakfast tacos, you have to make your own tortillas, flour or corn, it's just not the same if they're not hot off the cumal (a cast iron flat griddle thingy, he cheats and uses teflon which I think gives the tortillas a funny flavor.)
