Much as I loved the drunken deductions, but I have to admit I had to squint through a couple of them, because, oh, God, embarrassing.
But, but, oh, God. I have a feeling we're not going to see much more of Mary toward the end of the season. I will not be best pleased if they kill her off. What will high-functioning sociopath Sherlock do if anyone goes after John, Mary or the baby, though?
Meanwhile, the loneliness theme. The loss-of-friendship theme. IT'S KILLING ME.
This season (like the others) is just three episodes, though, isn't it? Considering what the Moff did to us with the last episode of last season -- *wibble*
I share your concern, because this episode contained so many feelings, so many declarations and clarifications on feeling, and it had Sherlock more human than we've ever seen him that I legitimately fear next Sunday.
Maybe I should just take next Monday off. I'm not sure I can listen to people's legal problems for nine hours while my mind is still stuck on "OHMYGOD,NOOOOOOOO!"

Yes, just three episodes, sadly.
