Hehe:) It made my day too. There was a letter. It said:

"We are sorry to hear of your experience with the liquid nails product. This is the first case of this type reported this year so I would imagine it was a one off manufacture fault.

I do not have a liquid nails product replacement available at the moment to replace your faulty one, however I will put together a nice little gift pack for you for the inconvenience."
