I do so enjoy the leisurely way in which you're working your way back into storytelling here: it fits very nicely with this, as neither the characters (nor we as readers) are in any hurry to reach journey's end.
Well, speaking of "soap bubbles," I didn't want to comment earlier for fear that you'd somehow disappear again by my breaking the spell. But certainly I've missed your voice!
I love the way you let me know you are reading and enjoying something I've written. Both are a compliment.
After dropping me comments all this time, it's like having an old friend smile at me - welcome and familiar and warm. I've never thought of wanting 'more'.
In other words, thank you: I'm really glad to hear from you :D

This story is great for taking my time-management out for a test-drive in ever-changing circumstances.
Now isn't the moment for a big edit process or a story which might approach deserving one.
And trying that with this P?-WP?-WPE! might be like touching a soap bubble. Pretty in a bit of light but won't bear poking?
Meanwhile I'm enjoying a little time with these guys. And right now I'm enjoying your comment :)
Thank you.

(I just edited a bit more of Erestor's feelings in a later chapter.)
