Poor Lindir, having waited so long and wanted so much to see his brothers, and it turns out like that. Perhaps that's just what he needs to happily return to Imladris.
I have to mention Amroth, too. His brief appearance made an impression on me as well :)

I can't wait to get away from Tallath myself! Lindir has more patience than me. He's younger and puts up with more :|

And about Amroth: some of the guys who turn up in this story are a lovely surprise to me.
