Alzheimers is a good way to lose weight - you forget to eat.

(actually true, not just a joke - it's one of the big risk factors for people 'dying of Alzheimers'. It's not the disease that kills them, it's that they forget how to feed and water themselves)

But of course! Everything that is wrong with people is due to their weight if they are overweight, didn't you realise that? And if you have a condition that causes weight gain, then you just need to work extra hard!

It's a good quick diagnosis technique. Given how often a large person hears that from a doctor if they don't get chinned upon hearing it again it must mean some form of memory loss.
