[Bass is in two places today; self-repair is necessary enough to the point where he actually has to put himself in places where people can...y'know, see him.

First stop, Deck 12. He'll be digging through the luggage with a duffel bag, searching for tools and the like. He may also be dismantling any electrical device he comes across; phones,

[Protoman waits until Bass has been in the Arcade for awhile before making himself known.]

[By dropping a brown bag beside him. It goes clank when it hits the floor.]

[Bass freezes.

The upper half of his torso is kind of inside of a machine as he disconnects things so he didn't hear Protoman coming. Extracting himself and tensed up, ready for a fight he probably would lose, he turns to glare at-

Oh it's just you. Whatever.

He retreats back inside of the machine without a word.]

[Protoman shifts over to lean against the machine Bass is gutting, arms crossed as he stares down at the lower half of his brother with vague interest.]

I patched together a welder. It's not good, but it can hold a steady temperature for a few minutes - three-point-seven-two, roughly. Two settings, but the highest is barely hotter than the lowest setting on a standard welder.

There's also scrap material.

[It's only implied that these two things are in the brown bag.]

[There's only a second or two of pause after Protoman finishes speaking; a grunt and the sound of something being snapped apart echo inside of the machine.]
