I didn't think it was a call for pity. I also know that you think pity is an insult to you, and thus you would never ask for it.

That's why you're amazing. Holy shit, when I said I hate pity (which shouldn't he KNOW by now?!) he said something about me saying that so I could get more, or something. How will pity aid my existence? It won't.

i didn't think it was a call for pity either. one tends to read in other's writting whatever one chooses, whatever one feels at the moment, regardless...sort of like "beauty is in the eye of the beholder"...

I knew that you could. I knew that Mel would, too. I think Alex was just being a bitch. Maybe because I wasn't saying "I want to make love to Alex." Because instead I was saying, "Now I gotta find someone." He thinks that he should be that someone.

But anyone that has not figured out two years later that I hate pity, cannot possibly be the one.
