Because,
1.)it's far from school
2.)it will cost more (the room and food)
3.)Have to deal with the yuppie scum and all the tourists going to and from school

No, because this is the new and only student housing that they have. The reason that they changed it from Brooklyn Heights is because, get this, the parents of collage age students don't want there kids ot live in Brooklyn. They think that it is not safe out there but it is soooo much safer. Its such BS. MAKES ERIC GO CRAZY!
