as I have a date with Cary Grant and James Stewart.
The Philadelphia Story? w00t! (unless they're in another film together? can't remember)
I would like to see Rachel Getting Married, The Reader and Changeling, but I know what you mean about how exhausting and painful brilliant dramas can be. I frequently put off watching them until I'm in the right mood and have someone to watch with. sometimes I get films out from Netflix or the library and end up returning them unwatched, *roll*, being in a receptive mood is important!
I'm with you there--I'll probably never watch Rachel Getting Married nor Revolution Road. Besides the marshmallow fluff, I will go see science fiction/action movies and perhaps a good ghost story or anything based on Jane Austen. Clueless anyone? Anon
