Came home from a walk at the arboretum to find a missive from our landlord saying that our rent won't be reduced. The letter also noted that according to her real estate experts she could be charging much more per month than she is. I think her experts are out of touch with the current economy and also with how water damage affects property value

Does Pullman have an inspector who will come by to see if the housing standards are met? Either the city or the U? Because that seems like a way to counter her lack of compassion with the current problems.
