I can't figure out how to get information on shipping categories and rates. Once again the French website culture has defeated me. Can I ship papers at book rate? Can I ship cds? How much will it be? Sigh.

Help.

Also, where do I get boxes?

for the UK, and I think for the US too, it's books only--no papers and definitely no CDs. I was told that the second you put so much as a greeting card in the box it's no longer book rate. That said, they would have to look in the box to determine that...which they mostly won't do.

Packing sucks. My sympathies. Upending the suitcase on the floor is so much more fun anyhow (clangy noises=good times).
