PUPPY!!!

I keep going back and forth on whether I think the thing is super-duper cute, or the ugliest puppy I've ever seen.  It's so SMALL though, and that goes in her favor.  Also her little tiny ears bounce up and down when she walks.  But she looks kinda like an alien too..?  My sister is calling her Sally, and no one knows why.

Is something wrong with her eyes? They look like something is wrong with them! Like they are about to crust over and fall out. Has she seen a vet yet?
