hey just get a bloody nose when you go to donate. it kind of works... once well, i used to donate every time i could and then once this fall i went and i got a bloody nose when i was in tehre and my arm was red so they're like NO OH MY GOD and i felt like a bad guy cause i got a bloody nose. and they wouldn't let me donate,..then the next day they called asking "why i changed my donation patterns" and i was like um you wouldn't let me. i will again when i'm ready... and now i don't go anymore cause that made me feel bad and i'm scared of further nose bleeding. if you make an appointment and go once like every three months they don't call in between except the day after you donate to make another appointment lol.
