This weekend was quiet, un-rushed, and enjoyable!

On Friday Kevin and I were lucky enough to take part in a owl encounter at Campbell valley park in Langley. I know I missed thankful Thursday last week! To be honest with you it took me a long time to figure out why. Then I remembered last Thursday Kevin and I got a start on our Christmas shopping! Last weekend I had to give in and not run the Santa Shuffle. It sucked, I cried. It's not the end of the world but it made me sad to miss out on something I was looking forward to months because if health issues. I'm frustrated with the pain, the weight gain and my own stubbornness.
