I take my older daughter (two and a half) to school every day, and also drive her home. It's a pretty short trip, and I end up playing her stuff off the iPod, because, unlike the wonder that is Mama's car, there is no DVD player in my car

Alida wasn't quite as wee as yours when the X-Files movie came out. The soundtrack to it was in high rotation at our house. I was in the grocery store one day when Alida starts belting out Better Than Ezra's 'One More Murder' -
One more murder in this town
Block off the street and
Wrap the crime scene tape around
-complete with wrapping arm gestures. Trying to get her to *shut up* before one of the staring mommies called an authority was a challenge.
Kids. An endless source of entertainment. :)
