I went to the physiatrist today. He injected both sides of my lumbar spine with cortisone in one visit and I just have to call him next week with a report. The only pain was a couple of pinpricks from the lidocaine injections and two weird pinprick sensations deep along the side of my spine when he injected the cortisone. The worst part was having
