alright, so, there is no possible away i could update with something that could make up for the fact that i haven't so much as considered updating for quite a few months. i mean, it would really have to be a fantastic update to make up for that long absence

I was going to say that this post was the highlight of my day, but then I realized that it is a brand new day, so I can't say that for sure. It would've been the highlight of yesterday, that's for sure.

The only way this could've been better was if it mentioned me.

oh i'll update more, though, i fear my journal will never be quite so fantastic as yours. and hey i may be going to hawaii, but you got to go to vegas! if you need reminding of that, just look at the pictures i'm sure you have not yet deleted from your camera.

I got a cake my last day of work. But I didn't get a chance to eat it because I was so busy. I don't think I got it because they liked me or anything. I think my manager just wanted cake.

i really wanted a cake. when i realized i didn't get one, i felt compelled to quit. but then, it being my last day, i realized that that particular gesture would have lacked its usual power.
