way to put up a fight man. you'll get em next year.

i hope all the injuries aren't hampering your marathon training... getting pretty close, right? can't wait to see you run. i'm sure you'll kick ass.

i've been getting back into running, but completely opposite of last year's marathon training. it's been short (2-3 mile) runs at a pretty quick pace, or 6 mile slower runs. nothing too serious though...

sometimes the injuries make me depressed, but sometimes they remind me when i'm really pushing it. ok, most of the time they just make me depressed. luckily everything's holdin up pretty well right now.

see you soon man

padded socks certainly made my runs more pleasant. ran the marathon in them as well, no major issues.

thanks for the tips. I am not one to do such things either, especially after my disaster with my shoes.

I haven't run in a week and a half due to my lack of a heel, but I'm going to try tomorrow with my old shoes on the track or something. My heel almost looks like it is back.

I rode my bike to lake ontario this weekend w/veronica, though, so at least I'm still staying in shape :)
