Nah, I've just been shopping there for years now, so it isn't a big deal to me :)

When I first shopped there though, I felt like I won the grocery lottery! You couldn't keep me out of there! LOL.

I do about 95% of my grocery shopping at TJ's... it used to be about 20%, but after the grocery strike a couple years ago, I decided to shop there more often.

The prices are usually better, and I feel the quality of most of the food is a lot better than Albertsons and others. Plus they have more organic, and presevative free food.

Oh, and their frozen BBQ Chicken Pizza is the bomb, if you need to throw together a quick lunch!

I think my grocery shopping will be done there as well. At least till I get bored of their food. Its a pretty small shop but I love the prices. Although I wonder if pound for pound its pretty expensive. The prices are pretty good, but the portions are pretty small ( for some things I was looking at)

Next week... BBQ chicken Pizza! ( is it single serving? )

yeah.. thats what I was thinking. I bought some REALLY random stuff there. Garlic Nan (indian flat bread), some Italian cioppino, Indian rice, Puruvian rice, Thai chicken for lettuce wrapps, Korean mean. Pretty darn cool.

And who do you buy flowers for?

Looking at these replies, I guess its been a pretty big rock. Thig is, I used to think it was a health food store. Now that Im trying to get into a healthier lifestyle, I decided it was time to check it out. I just bought some meat there for $4.99 a lb. It was called Bool Kolkee- LOL (korean boneless rib meat)- Ill be sure to report in on how it is.

BTW- did you get your costume?

Out of curiousity, I tried that bool kolkee and it wasn't that good.

There are some issues with my costume...I paid for 2nd day air, just to make sure I get it in time, which means I should've received it yesterday. They're telling me that they accidently sent it to me via ground (warehouse is on east coast) and they say I "should" get it by tomorrow.

*crosses fingers*

As for your costume.. that sucks ASS. If you dont get it by tomorrow, what are you going to do?

i can't remember if i left a comment or not?! anyway here goes!

Trader Joes rock! but it took me several trips to actually appreciate it. The first time I went it i walked around for several minutes and felt completely confused!

After, i just walked down each isle (slowly) and sure enough I left with a shopping cart of food! they have great candies and desserts! also good curries for chicken! yummmmmm! try those!

I'm glad you found a little piece of heaven! hhaha
