After a dinner of ribeye steak, marinated in garlic, hot cayenne pepper, soy and freshly ground black peppercornes, grilled to a medium-rare, served with herb roasted potatoes, and a vegetable stir fry with shitake mushrooms, carrots, bell peppers, jalepenos and zuchinni, I must say I am incredibly glad that I bothered learning how to cook :)
