I can understand using a paper towel or whatever, given the number of people who don't wash up before leaving. Leaving it on the floor though, is unacceptable. Pity they don't just get friendly with a bottle of hand sanitizer. :-p

My experience with faxed in orders is that people use it if they're stuck in a meeting or *stuck* at their desk working on something critical.
