Never thought of you as a teacher before, but yeah, I could see it, definitely. I mean, you'd be the type of teacher we always dreamed about in high school... really cool, fun, young, makes class enjoyable...

But I'd stay away from Henry Co (since you mentioned it)... my dad lives in that county and there are some, um, interesting types.

Might be fun to do for a few years and then do some actual achitectural work later. Always a good fallback to have once you've done the requirements.

I could really see you teaching, but it's going to be so different than you image it being. Not that I think I'm a teacher or anything, but just coaching is so different than I thought it would be in high school.
Marietta High School is also a GREAT school-- one of my favorite winterguard competitions. All Marietta City Schools are great actually; they pay their teachers a lot more than the average so they attract the best teachers.

The decision is completely up to you, of course, so don't let our input sway you one way or the other. :-)

I could see you as a teacher, though. When you've explained (usually technical) things to me that I don't understand you explain it in a way that I can grasp the concept.

If you're really interesting in becoming a teacher, maybe you can go visit your old teachers and shadow them for a day or two just to see what a normal school day is like. Teaching is definitely different than what you're used to, but I don't think it's entirely out of your realm of skills, either. The teaching courses you'd take would create and refine your teaching skills so that you could lead a classroom and a lecture effectively. But I think you'd be a cool teacher. And the girls in your class would have a crush on you. ;-)

I could see you teaching, especially something you really care about. And a teaching certificate can take you sooo many places
