It's 3:28pm on a day that really shouldn't have any more of a representation on tv than D-Day, the anniversary of Pearl Harbor, Memorial Day or Labor day does.  No one holds elaborate memorials on Peral Harbor day, do they?  Does that cheapen the deaths there?  No.  No one crowds the newswaves with stories, rememberances and the like on D-Day, do
