dear eriker,

another friend of mine, magicmarmot is also in the new stages of recovering from bariatric surgery, and has some issues that sound similar. I hope you don't find it an invasion of privacy that I mentioned this to him. (He's also a little shy.) I thought maybe you two could compare or commiserate.
