That's the best Kenzi-voice I've ever read, hands down. Seriously, you nailed her character, no pun intended. ;) Not to mention, this whole thing was smoking, freaking HOT. I loved how you worked in the Salamander's telepathy to include Kenzi in the action and give her that last, little nudge she needs to admit that she really does want Bo. And that's about as coherent as I can get, considering my brain is fried, thanks to you. Thanks for sharing. This was AWESOME.

I just tripped over your LJ, coming from some mutual friends on Tumblr. I'm not a huge reader of fanfiction, partly because it's been hard to find well-written lesbian stuff. But I tried out a few paragraphs, then a few more -- then was hooked.

I'm also unfamiliar with Lost Girl, at first thinking you were featuring Kenzi from NCIS-LA (who would be a great fanfic character...). But, not having a "picture" of Bo and Kenzi in my head -- much less the Salamander -- actually worked well for me.

The Kenzi "voice" mentioned by other commenters was good, sounding to me like a sort of a spacey tomboy with just a teensie hint of Shane. (Any lez who at all resembles that wonderful L-Word butchie makes me wet...)

Anyhow, I just friended you, and I hope you'll come by and check out my LJ. (Also come see me at my fun reblog-machine ultradevi.tumblr.com -- please?) And add me back so I'll know when you post -- which seems to be seldom, alas...

Thanks! I'm glad people are still occasionally checking in on my LJ even though I've been terrible about adding new stories. I haven't abandoned the journal, though, and I do have more stories tinkling around in my head. Maybe now that the holidays are over I can use a few weeks of nice, quiet winter to get some writing done ( ... )
