on the bright side, at least you're not referred to by dr.a as "crack"!! poor chris and mark! hahahhaa. oh my. he couldve at least done it justice, as you pointed out -- "wait...wouldn't it be...crarck?" hhhah. if ever i have learnt something at a bio tutorial, that is truly it.

Hang in there kid; Boys don't always suck, but we're pretty much always stupid (Sorry there liamparker, but yoiu know as well as I do that it's kinda true);

Just think though, if you come dowm here to London in a couple weeks, I can hook you up with a cute university boy!! Just give me the five things you're looking for in a man, and I'm sure I can find hime for you :)

Seriously though, I know it's cliche, but 'What doesn't kill you can only make you stronger'; Look at me, for gosh sakes, if I hadn't gone through more than half a decade of terrible relationships and ugly breakups, I wouldn't have the knowledge and experience to make it work with the one that counts (which it really appears I've found). Trust me on this, m'dear - mock me for being over the hill as much as you want, but it has given me some experience and wisdom (or so I'd like to think :)

The key is just to keep getting up every morning and working through it - time and tide wait for no-one; Chin up,
