So today was the inspection, and there was sad news... Definitely some serious structural issues, and basically the potential for a money pit/un-resaleability. So I'm pulling out. Spring is here, and in token, today is THE CEREMONIAL CHANGING OF THE BED LINENS. Cast aside for another season are the flannel sheets!
