back to reality. harsh reality. we've had over £1500 stolen from our bank account and i hate and mistrust the world. it's not even money that we have. i'm overdrawn that amount. waiting in limbo land for it to be sorted is awful

That's terrible. How on earth did it happen? Surely the bank have a duty not to allow money to be withdrawn if it will make you overdrawn, unless an overdraft has been agreed?

Also, I understood that if money is withdrawn fraudulently you only have to pay the first £50? I don't know that though, that's only what I've heard.
