Wow, Erin. What a shocking, scary ordeal. Or course you're feeling raw. My goodness, lady - you just lived through a horror.

It sounds like you're gaining powerful insight as you recovery. acknowledging you're been disconnected from your body ... that's a big deal. I hope that turns into something positive for you.
