I'm glad someone's finally doing something about this in Congress. But it's going to be an uphill battle... supporting it is basically saying you're pro-choice, and if there's no measurable harm / public health risk caused by CPCs, spineless politicians who don't want to take sides won't be able to use the harm as their excuse for supporting the bill. So, I'm pessimistic. Still, I hope it goes through.
