I am so glad to be off of Geodon and on Seroquel. The Geodon was really messing with my thoughts and energy and outlook. I am WAY better

I have some old Seroquel, if you want it. At this point it's 3-4 years old, but I've held onto it just in case. Pretty sure they're 200mg. I was taking it after my manic episode (where I felt well-rested for the first time in 3 yrs and was fun until I turned cuckoo town). They started with a high dose and knocked me out.
Sorry to hear about your mom. That's all so much to deal with emotionally on everyone, not to mention her physical pain. I'm glad you're more balanced and better equipped to handle it, at least.
First off - thank you for supporting Tension and buying the pattern package!
The seroquel was approved by Medicaid, after some wrangling, so that is all good. But for some reason, after covering it for 3 years, they are rejecting klonopin and want me on Buspar. They can get bit - buspar is awful for me, and klonopin works for me with few side effects. After some searching, I found that Costco will fill that prescription for $12.50, so I am staying on it (that's not that much more than my Medicaid copay anyway). I am so sick of bureaucrats deciding my medical treatment over my doctors. They were just going to cut me off of klonopin, and withdrawal can cause seizures etc. It doesn't even make sense - buspar is almost 10x as expensive as klonopin, but I guess the state is being nitpicky about benzos. But that is the class of medication that works for me without turning my brain into soup.
