Hello.

I am a semi-random LJer. I came to ifitsnotlove's rather stupid post and read your replies.

I wanted to drop by, say well said and tell you that the makeup on the one set of pictures he posted is really amazing work.

I do hope you don't mind me dropping by thusly.

The make-up for that photo shoot was amazing -- done by a Chicago artist named Camilla Ha (and the excellent photographer is Usama Alshaibi, aka habibi).

Lovely photo. I added you to my friends list because of your beautiful comment about Cameron's "autism". I hope you don't mind.

I think giving up mainstream dreams for a child that may not be "normal" is hard, but the opportunity to have an unplanned, unpaved life is amazing.

I don't believe in disabilities as a concept. I don't think a mainstream life is spectacular, it is just ordinary. Ordinary is not better.

oh, when you post it, click on the "more options" link and use the "backdate" function (which works as a post-date, too).

I see you continually launching accusations and condemnations at others, including complete strangers, and yet you don't have it together yourself. Might I suggest that you will fare better if you leave others to their own lives, and stick with crocheting? Methinks you are out of your depth, lacking insight and compassion, commenting as you do upon the lives of others. Be for real. A former prostitute whom child protection won't allow to see her own daughter, who made a marriage of messing around with her boyfriend's little jailbait brother ( ... )

Well, now it makes sense why you need to prey on confused gullible young women. Anyone with an iota of confidence or maturity can see you are a big bad blowhard with a great big chip on his shoulder ( ... )
