Does anyone have a good recipe for bagels? I love them, but every brand that I look at has HFCS in it.....which I do not love.

I've only ever made sourdough bagels, but the recipe here is excellent (it's aways down the page). Doesn't help much if you don't have sourdough starter around, but honestly they were tasty enough that it may be worth starting up a sourdough starter to make them. :)

Man, now I want fresh bagels.
