Performance appraisal

Having spent the last 2 hours of today torturing myself by doing my first ever performance appraisal, I was both disappointed and yet gratified to get back the final "blurb" from my supervisor.

I emailed her a 4 page Word document, detailing my activities, contributions, internal and external service, future goals etc etc .. and get back this:

She did leave out "walks on water" and "glows in the dark", but perhaps she didn't consider them relevant to your field. :)
