I have a friend who has had the same excuses for her career and dating woes for YEARS. Four years ago, I finally could not take it anymore. I told her what's what. I saw her one more time after that when she was back in the states for a few weeks. She's now back permanently, and I talk to her less now than when she was in Korea. Go figure. I feel sort of bad that things have changed, but that's it right there: They've changed for me, but she's still whining about the same things she was back in 1991. I have friends who seek my honestly and others who wish to avoid it. I guess that's life. :-P

yeah, a lot of people just need excuses, can't fix that,. some use the same old ones cause they're convient , others will make new excuses at will,.. if it needs an excuse, you're probably not seeing the real issue,..

I've always kind of enjoyed the following pseudo definition

And in general politics has the ability to suck the life and fun out of anything...

But yeah, my opinion rarely gets spoken any more. It's sucks when you know you're right, and it's useful information but the earmuffs are on.
