I GOT MY RAISE!
Not huge or anything, but 18$/hr isn't bad at all for temp work--I'm only here for 6 weeks this summer. Mostly I'm just happy that I was able to get it. Validation of effort is always a good feeling.

good for you! That's probably getting closer to a fair wage for what you're doing than $14/hr, too - temp work or no temp work, you're doing useful, valuable stuff.
