Who gets struck twice by lightning?

I was out jogging Monday evening. I run with only one earbud so I can be aware of my surroundings, and customarily often look over my shoulder and all around for any sign of strangeness. I don't know if it was a customary look or intuition that made me look over my shoulder to see a man walking within two inches of me, directly behind me. I ( Read more... )

I'm so glad that he ran off when you screamed and that someone came to your aid. I'm also glad that he's been arrested. What the hell is wrong with people like this? What kind of an asshole does something like this?

Very angry people do this. Very hurt people do this. Very sick people do this. This city is full of very angry, hurt, sick people. I'm starting to wonder if the whole world is this way or if I ought to leave New Orleans.

Yikes. Glad you got out of it, and glad he was caught and now has to deal with what he did. I haven't been there, but I can empathize with the idea that even though the scream worked to scare him off, the rest of it isn't comfy. Glad you're still here and in one piece.
