Just a few moments ago, a good friend of mine did not believe my words were not pointed to her; she did not believe me also.

I find that being honest is a hard thing for people to handle, so, in turn, they do not believe that your truth is really truth.

Most of the time, you have not lost their trust, they just cannot accept your honest words.
