Well on Saturday we had our tea and biscuits in bed and then I went up to the post delivery office to collect some brown boots Mrs P had ordered in a Savile Row boutique. Obviously they came while we were at work. Now this is not "mail order", so what is it? Shop order mail delivery, or just mail delivery. This makes me think of take away/take out

i've been having bashed chops a lot lately as they're on special offer in our local sainsburys ( pre bashed ) which is glosing for extensive refurbishments tomorrow ( so lots of gut prices ) - i goat 'em in "balham bite" ( chilli, ginger & garlic relish ) from the iow garlic farm, leave for 1 hour & then whack 'em in the george formby griller for 10 mins or so - egg noodles & swedish meatballs tonite ( they = my only friends ) ( ie another special offer )

ruth wilson's marvellous ducky gob = the new jampot mouth - gongratulations...! ( - i've never yet seen a poliakoff - surely he can't be as dreary as the adverts make out? )

Poliakoff is mother's milk to me (exaggeration). I did enjoy 'Real Summer' or whate'er it was called and the preceding intro' by The Quiffmeister (torch passed by Mark Lamar). Capturing Mary is recorded and waiting for a rainy day, though I did cheat and watch the first half hour - I suspect it's shaping up to be rather depressing.
