Will whinge if I write anything too much. Am still not feeling 100% and am tired. Hope to report on my weekend away when I get back on Sunday. I am off to a hippy camp. Fingers crossed that the rain stays away.

Am feeling a little sorry for myself today. One the way home from work yesterday my throat started to hurt. I thought it was probably the heat so did not worry too much. Last night was lovely. The moon hung low and was a lovely colour and all misty so I opened my front door and sat on the doorstep. My neighbour came out, we put on candles, Mango incense and I had my favourite Supertramp CD on. We chatted for a good hour or so before she disappeared into bed. Life without music would be desperate. I love music with melodies you can hear and words you can understand. I love the words to make sense to me. I once read that each of us has a soul song. I am dead chuffed. I have managed to get two tickets for the James Morrison concert in Bristol. He supported Corinne Bailey Rae in Bristol and my friend and I thought he was brilliant. He is only 21 and sings beautifully - I posted his website the other day. His single is being played on Radio 1 at the moment and I think he will go places ( Read more... )
