I recently went on a short hike down at Kirby's Cove in the Marin Headlands, where the people we were with are Geocachers. They talked about the coolest thing they'd ever done--finding this memorial coin, #1, and deciding it should see the world, so they took it to Edmonton, Canada and put it in a geocache on a bluff. It's since gone kinda everywhere.

They said is was for someone local who seemed cool--someone named MotoGrrl. Yeah, Leigh Ann Hussey. I sang them a couple of Leigh Ann's songs...It's a small world, and geocaching gets you out to see it.

I've done it a little, I should do it more...

Yeah, I saw a few caches that were started by her, and I'll have to get out to see them. It was a little odd to see pics of her online again, and the motogrrl tag reminded me of her right away.

Glad to find you back here again, and to hear what has been happening with you lately...

I have some friends who do geocacheing, and others who are into letterboxing, which is similar but not the same thing... daily walking is the best thing we can do for our bodies, the kind of critter we are is meant to do that...
