I had a song stuck in my head today. The worst thing about it was that it was stuck in my head on pause. You may find this hard to conceptualize, but for those of you who have experienced it, you know just what I mean and just how annoying it is.

i have had small portions of songs stuck in my head, so it is like an endless loop of the same few lyrics, but i can't say i've ever had a song stuck in my head on pause... if it is paused and therefore not playing, don't you just have silence stuck in your head?

Well, sort of. It's silence combined with the sensation of the song suddenly stopping and the anticipation of it starting again in that spot.

It's an artist rendition of what this murder victim looked like. They found her remains and sculpted a head from it...I don't know exactly who it is, ernieleaf (the guy who's blog this is) could tell you better.

Yeah, lucescere's description pretty much says it all. The police were trying to re-create what she looked like prior to her death. Can't remember where I found it. It's amusing to me that they gave her that expression; I mean, really, they could have given her any expression, and they chose... to make her look rotting.

If it's paused, how do you even know it's the same song? Huh? HUH?

Because my brain only owns one song. I got it for free off the iTunes music store. I am too poor to buy additional tracks. Or at least, my brain is too poor.

Awesome. I don't know if it's ever been exactly paused in my head, I'll have to look out for that.

Hee hee, your icon is a corpse and should totally star in a Harry Potter movie.
