Happy Belated Birthday (the 13th) to Sally the bike girl. I don't know where you went and I don't know how you are, but as of Saturday you are 21!!! (unless I screwed that up, hope I didn't) Take care girlfriend. I still think about you and Belle the dog often.

Back to work. Only a couple hours until my weekend vaccation to green lake. for a couple days all i will do is sleep on the front lawn in my tent and swim in the lake until i am wrinkled like a prune and have a tan to match.

Damn! No more Green Bay Packers training camp for me. The dude we were writing a story about, Chris Samp, got cut today. We were scheduled to leave Monday morning.

Oh, well, life goes on. He's probably a lot more upset than I should be.

Today I hiked to the top of Sugar Loaf with a Winona Park and Recreation summer class. I have never hiked up there before.
I plan on returning. The kids were hunting for treasure using GPS technology. They seemed to be having fun. I also had a great time.
