Like the sets and the lighting and the costumes...wow...truly amazing...like it was so easily changed from the beautiful haven of Lothlorien to the gloomy and evil relm of Mordor. i did hear the guy who played gollum was great, better than tod on the dean blundell show at least, who happens to do a pretty good impression of gollum. glad you enjoyed it.

LMAO! Omg, I can so see leo bloom doing that...priceless!

The music was pretty good...there were a few cute songs that the hobbits did and there was one really beautiful one with Galadriel. However, there were a few between Aragorn and Arwen that I didn't like so much...too lengthy and unimportant.

The think that attacks Gandlaf is a Balrog (many thousand year-old demon, been hiding in those caves for 3000 years). It certainly sounds like they did an interesting job with the set; how did they manage presenting the Hobbits? (Were the actors shorter or anything?)

I remember seeing The Hobbit at Young Peoples Theatre back in Grade 7 or 8, but I guess it didn't compare to this large of a production.

For the hobbits and Gimli they just hired short actors, lol. And stuffed their bellies to make them look pudgy.

Ya, I remember seeing the hobbit too...that was a fun show, but nothing compared to this production. The stage was incredible.
