For some reason, this year, I have not been too much in the mood for the holidays. I forced myself, yesterday, to put up some decorations. The past few weeks I've thought about it, and all I could think about was "ugh the mess, the time..I have no time to put this stuff up..." and on and on. Hey handsome, I haven't been posting on LJ much over the past year, and haven't even commented much on others' posts, but I'm trying to get back to the basics and wanted to use your post to say hello, and I completely understand where you are.

I hope you and C and the rest of your family are doing well, and I hope you have a great holiday and a wonderful new year. It would be cool to make plans to see you and hang out a bit.

In the meantime, here's a huge, rough, holiday hug for you and C. (I hope it helps "get your tree up!" Hehehe or should that be "Ho, ho, ho!?!)
