i am three days sober now. its not much, but its a start. things just spiraled out of control. and i didnt like where i was or where i was going.{again} went to my doctor today and he gave me something for withdrawl. i hate it, but one day at a time.

i had six years. and now its really hard because, well i love being drunk. but i know no good comes from it for me and it will get worse and worse. sigh..but for the moment..i am four days sober.
